This style has all the ruffles and hits above the knee in a vintage length. Eleanor is super soft, made with velvet, with a full circle skirt for maximum twirl, pockets for little treasures and adorable cap sleeves!
Please check our size chart for the perfect fit, as this is a vintage above the knee length, not our standard twirl dress length. My personal preference is to size up on ages 6+ for a longer skirt!
